Mondo send volunteers abroad to work on development projects (I volunteered with them myself a few years ago). The website is vital to their business, and it was important to reflect their values and qualities in the design.

The site is based on a content management system (MODx), so they can update projects and pages as and when needed. There are plans to build on the site in the future, adding volunteer resource collections, forums and newsletters.
