Tech stuff

The Boulder approach is to create standards-compliant web sites and applications. This leads to greatly improved accessibility and makes future changes that reflect changing technologies much easier. The W3C is the closest thing to an authority that the web has (incidentally, it was founded by - amongst others - Tim Berners-Lee, who invented the World Wide Web in 1989). It publishes strict guidelines on the proper implementation of web media, and Boulder tries to adhere these when creating websites.
